This winter, the hotel recommends the Pindas Chinesas treatment, which features handcrafted cotton pouches filled with sea salts, essential oils, herbs, and heated coffee beans. These pouches are gently massaged over the body to stimulate circulation and promote deep relaxation.

For an exclusive experience, Le Spa Signatures blend the invigorating properties of coffee with the tropical treasures of Rio de Janeiro's forests. Inspired by the city's essence, these four rituals—Floresta Protetora, Paineiras, Pedra Bonita, and Ouro Negro—offer treatments lasting up to 120 minutes, tailored to meet various needs.

In addition to these rituals, Le Spa provides a wide array of body treatments, facials, and classic massages such as lymphatic drainage, sculpting, shiatsu, hot stones, and four-hand massages. Special care treatments include foot spa and reflexology, body exfoliation, hydration, immersion baths, and clay body and facial masks. Facial treatments encompass rejuvenating and purifying therapies. Le Spa's commitment to nature extends beyond its treatments. Guests receive sustainable, vegan, and biodegradable slippers, which can be repurposed as substrates for planting native Atlantic Forest species.

Urban Retreat

For those seeking peace amidst the city's hustle and bustle, Le Spa offers an urban retreat featuring self-care rituals based on the three pillars of Le Spa MGallery: "Serenidade" for relaxation and balance with the sweet aroma of lavender; "Vida Leve" for anti-inflammatory protocols and detox with the energy of rosemary essence; and "Amor Próprio," which uses coffee to enhance concentration and vigor.

This program includes two or four days of accommodation, with breakfast served at the Térèze restaurant. Guests can engage in activities such as guided meditation, sound healing, art therapy, yoga, and culinary therapy. The agenda also features sensory lunches and dinners with music therapy, among other enriching experiences.
