ROTATE S/S'25: the sensuality, sensitivity and thrill of a summer romance

Crafting an essence of optimism and sparkle through a collection of whimsical designs, built on the brand’s signature bold aesthetic. Nods to the 1920s can be seen throughout, where the essence of escapism of the period courses through the collection with the frivolity of its garments. Lively ruffles and fringes play a central role, gracing the edges of cropped suiting pants, capped sleeved shirts and opulent long chiffon dresses. Daring top-to-bottom buttons arise on dresses, denim and jackets inviting playfulness, whilst fluid drapery forms an elegant counterpart. Focus is placed on intricate detailing, where delicate sequin embroidery takes the form of scalloped shells and pearlized beads create the effect of stained glass.

Each garment conjures a unique sensation of summer; where the luscious lightness and freedom of the season is felt through delicate fabrics, thoughtful finishes and a subtle colour palette of buttery yellow, blush pink & dove blue. Coupled with the evocative seasonality of the collection, is the continued relationship with flora, introducing new iterations to bring the blossoming prints to life. Exuberant beaded roses adorn sheer dresses, ROTATE’s signature 3d piped peonies are repeated in a cotton poplin, heavy satin and chiffon varieties, precious daisies are laser cut into PU pieces and a high-neck dress features a voluminous skirt draped to emulate the folds and layers of petals.

ROTATE presents the collection with an array of striking jewellery by renowned danish jeweler, Pandora. Adorning the runway looks are sculptural rings, bangles and earrings from the Pandora essence collection, complimented by the iconic "Snake" chain bracelet and hoop earrings from the Pandora "Moments" collection. The jewellery is deliberately styled and stacked, to deliver an unexpected edge and juxtaposition to the ethereal garments. Bespoke pieces handcrafted by artist Grete Henriette, mirror the floral motifs of the collection. An ornamental maxi dress features 2000 Pandora timeless silver "Tennis" bracelets, draped and fringed to echo the tulip petal silhouettes. While ROTATE’s signature peony has been reimagined in belts and embellishments, handmade by utilizing more than 300 Pandora moments 14k yellow gold-plated necklaces.

Fresh as summer dew, models will boast refreshingly lightweight and glowing make-up, designed by the team of international make-up artists at Charlotte Tilbury beauty.

Echoing the naturalism of collection, the ROTATE spring-summer 2025 runway show takes place at Copenhagen’s majestic royal library gardens. Garments stride against the backdrop of the abundant greenery and flowing fountains of the gardens, themselves designed in 1920 and modeled in the art deco style.
