Highstay is expanding its presence across Paris’ most iconic neighborhoods with the growth of its Curated by Highstay collection, a selection of exceptional residences that combine the privacy of an exclusive apartment with the services and standards of luxury hospitality. The latest addition is Trocadéro I, a two-bedroom apartment located just steps from Place du Trocadéro, offering privileged views of the Eiffel Tower.
The residence joins the Curated by Highstay collection, launched in 2024 to bring together carefully selected properties operated according to the same standards of excellence applied to the brand’s own residences. Designed for medium- and long-term stays, the apartment features generous living spaces, two suites, and a strategic location in one of the French capital’s most sought-after districts, close to major business hubs and cultural landmarks.
The Curated by Highstay collection was created to allow owners of exceptional properties to benefit from the brand’s expertise in management, marketing, and hospitality. Parcours Signature: Paris Through the Eyes of a True Insider
For the summer of 2026, Highstay is also introducing Parcours Signature, an exclusive experience designed to offer guests a more authentic and intimate discovery of the French capital. Available from July 12 to September 3 for stays of three nights or more within the Signature Collection, the initiative invites travelers to explore Paris alongside a former Clefs d’Or concierge, a member of the prestigious international association of elite hotel concierges.
During these private neighborhood walks, guests discover discreet streets, hidden addresses, local stories, independent boutiques, tucked-away cafés, and places often unknown even to Parisians themselves.
